As i got home on Friday i couldn't wait to see my best friend. The track practice ended early so i called her to let her know that i am out of practice already. But she didn't answer her phone. I was really exhausted and had to take a nap and if she would come over, i would of woke up and hang out with her. I took probably an hour nap and wished it was longer but she (Jessica Peters) called and said that she'll be there ASAP.
As she came i was still in my bed and didn't really wanted to get up but unfortunatly i did. We set in my room for few minutes till we decided to go and learn how to longboard. My first thoughts after i offered her i'll teach her how to longboard was "What did i get myeself into." But i was wrong. As she stood on a longboard she rode it like a champ. Pretty impressing. But don't be tripping and think that she did that and was pro at it. Hard to imagine but she still had little flaws riding longboard.
As we were riding our longboards at the church parking lot she did great job. There was a moment where we were about to take pictures but she slipped/tripped and had to race her longboard before it crashes into the wall. Unfortunately she did not run in track so she didn't catch it in time before it crashed. We had a blast... well at least i did, because i knew what i was doing and i hardly had to teach Jessica how to ride it. As we were going home, she really impressed me on how little of time she learned how to have balance, stand, ride it and how to look good while riding a longboard.
Later that evening we had a story time. I have definitely learned something new about her that i've never knew before. She doesn't like braccoli. That's one of the things that is different about us. I also learned that she loves hot chocolate. I wouldn't say she's a picky eater but she said she was. Maybe i didn't notice that because we like for the almost part everything the same besides few little things. You know, maybe that's why we best friends? I don't know but there are many things about her that makes her best friend to me.
The next morning we were going to make some breakfast but as we came out of my room she said "Someone is already cooking up the storm." As we came into the kitchen it was my dad. He made somme french toast for us. Great dad i would say. We had a blast during our sleepover.
sounds like fun, I'm glad you have a friend like her.
